EXCELENTE PRECIO, IMPERMEABILIDAD INCREIBLE CON GORE-TEX, MUY BUENA IMAGEN, PERO SI ERES TALLE M PIDE UN L POR QUE NO ES BAGGY! ESTA JACKET VA AL CUERPO MUY PEGADA Y DEJA POCO LUGAR PARA LO QUE USES DEBAJO, CONSIDERA QUE ES UNA SHELL, ASI QUE COJE UN TALLE MAS GRANDE!
Pros: Nice and waterproof, Windproof, Solid construction
Cons: It's thin so you need to layer up,
Jacket Fit: Just right
My Size: L
Fits Like: L
Description: Baggy
Experience:
This is a great jacket to keep the water out. It's thin enough you can wear it all spring, but it's wind proof and water proof so you can layer up and wear it on a cold day. It's a little expensive but with all the sales there is no reason not to pick this up.
Description: Fitted. Buy a size up for bagginess and function on the hill.
Experience:
Goretex fabric is very lightweight and flexible and keeps you dry, is wind proof. Very good jacket if you are looking for some top of the line shell.

HI MAN!! I need some help!!! Im going to buy this Burton AK 2L Cyclic jacket, and Im thinking about M size, I m 5,8 feet... what do you think?? A size M will be all right?!! Or shoul I gent a L size?! THANKS FOR YOU HELP!!
Description: I've got quite a small frame so with XS it seemed just about right
Experience:
I just bought this jacket and was quite impressed at how warm it was despite being quite thin and light. The colour I got was True Black and was a bit dissapointed because I didn't realise the zip is a bit green/yellow. Apart from this it was quite a good fit and did everything you'd expect from AK!
Experience:
In my opinion one of the best looking jackets around, and it keeps me dry very well. But I will suggest people to wear a softshell jacket inside as this jacket is thin.

I've had many jackets over the years. My last one was a Quicksilver Goretex which I got cheap from TKMaxx due to the colour(Tango Orange!). This year I treated myself to a full gear makeover and thought I would spend the necessary money to make sure I looked cool and not make compromises on style ;-). I must say that this jacket is absolute quality. It is a very nice style, not too fussy and extremely well manufactured. I'm 5 foot 9, 38 chest and nearly a 34 waist. I decided on the small size jacket with matching medium size pants. I thought the medium jacket looked a little ridiculous as it dwarfed me and I wouldn't be able to wear it away from the slopes.

I am thinking of getting one of these fine jackets for my line-up but Burton is always up and down with sizing. What is your height and weight? I'm thinking a small will fit me well enough but it's hard to say. I'd like to make sure there is some room for layering but won't be floating around in it. Thanks buddy!!!
Experience:
Really nice jacket. Bought one of these and don't regret it for a second. They don't let any wind or water in at all. It just beads right off and you shake it dry.
Just remember that it doesn't have any insulation whatsoever so you're going to need some internal layers on a cold day.
The only problem with it is the lack of mesh on the pit zips....kinda lets in a lot of snow if you stack whilst they're open.
Description: Baggy, but perfect size to be able to layer under.
Experience:
This jacket is good as just a shell due to how waterproof it is, but allows for a little warmth. On colder days (below 25) I would suggest a layer, but that's not uncommon. I've ridden in the rain multiple days in this jacket and have stayed dry. Very impressed and love the burly zipper it has. Never has an issue zipping it up. Plus it's not double zipper which is even more reliable. Not many complaints and fits well with many kinds of pants and is able to snap into them. The price is just right and would definitely buy another one for the price.
Experience:
AK 2L keeps you very dry and blocks a great deal of wind. The fit is true and seems legit to me. Good zippers and overall exactly what you should expect from the AK line. This stuff is built to last.

I just bought this from a local store that was having a season ending sale. I got it for a great price and it's so comfortable. It works well for the spring time mornings as well. I'm rather hot natured, so the nice windbreaker style is great for me. Keeps me from getting overheated. Overall, great style, great fit. A tad bit pricey but with the 50% off sale, go pick it up!
