Sierra says: The Burton Element Jacket is more than just a basic shell jacket. It provides you with the well-known Burton features such as mesh lining pit zips, a fulltime contour hood and dual chest pockets. Ride it in the park or out on a beautiful spring day.
Our mens and womens outerwear comes in three distinct fits all tailored around the movements of riding for total protection from wind, wet, and wacky style.
Sig Fit
Our tried-and-true fit built with room for layering, without being overly baggy. Jacket sleeves designed with a bit of extra length to fit over your gloves and keep snow out when strapping into your bindings
Team Fit
At the teams request, these jackets are longer in length than the Burton Sig Fit with two inches added in the body and one inch added in the sleeves.
Slim Fit
Tighter and more tailored when compared to the Burton Sig Fit. Pants feature a shorter rise and narrower waist, hip, and thigh area, with enough room in the cuffs to accommodate your boots

Description: WEATHER: Spring Day, CHEST: Feels true to size, BODY: Feels true to length, INSEAM: Feels true to length,
Experience:
This Shell does the job, but certainly is not top of the line gear. 5K Waterproofing is not quite adequate for the real wet days, lack of a liner means you really need to rock the layers underneath for the cold days. All in all, does what is advertised but not a lot more. On the plus side, I've gotten a number of compliments on the jacket off mountain, so there's a fashion factor there.
