Experience: Burton Feather was the first snowboard I purchased about 11 years ago and I'm happy to see that it's still on the market. This board has held up excellently through the years of abuse on big mountains, through trees, and over ice. I'd recommend it as a good all-around, beginner board. You really can't go wrong with this purchase if you plan on being a casual rider. If you want to jib, this board definitely doesn't have any pop. It's not very good in the backcountry... likes to nose dive in deep powder.
