I am 5'9 and weigh 175 pounds. My pant length is 30 inseam and 33 waist. These fit pretty much perfect. Perhaps a tad snug in one section above the waist line. So if you are around my height and a little heavier I would opt for the large. My buddy is 5'7 and my weight and went with the large cuz he is a little thicker in the mid section than me. These are a great bib. Very breathable and waterproof. Stylish and have a classic fit...not baggy. Definitely recommend.
