Sierra Says: The Love is always a hot commodity not only because of its exclusiveness, but simply because it eats up every park feature. Not too soft, not too stiff, this twin is just as willing to land the big jumps as it is to butter across the boxes. Plus, features like Pressure Distribution Edges and Dualzone EGD allow this board to carve well on groomed runs as well. The rider that will best appreciate the Love is the guy who spends most of his time exploiting everything the park has to offer, and is looking for a reliable board that not every scrub will be riding.

Burton Says: Love loves snowboarding, loves getting way extreme in the park, loves to ollie stuff, and is wicked good at it thanks to her snappy glass and Park Fly II Core. Love loves smooth sliding through kinks and loves rocking super-wide cowboy stances. Love says size doesn’t matter (foot size sicko, it now comes in a wide). Love loves Keegan and Mikkel for developing such a lovely love axe.

Experience: This board was awesome in the park it was a very very stiff board and it was hard to manual but otherwise it was awesome on rails and jumps

Experience: this is one of my top boards not just because of the graphics but the actual ride. it holds an edge like no other and is a very solid ride. you can bomb hills no problem. only thing i noticed was the base got scratched up easily the first day riding it.

Experience: rode my roomates Love a few time this year. it was nice and stable for shredding down the mountain to the park and for big landings, but as was mentioned, its too stiff for any real buttering or presses.

Experience: LOVE has one of the best flexing boards from Burton for those who want to charge the big lines in the park. Unlike the Custom, its a bit softer, yet not as soft as a Hero or Blunt. My fav Burton board to hit the big lines in the park with a few jibs here and there. Not press friendly due to flex and shape, but still definitely possible if you got the technique down. Would love to see Burton offer this board in more camber/reverse camber profiles!

Pros: I gained the ability of my amped 3 charter, its the legendary LOVE who dosent want one, Super fast, light, perfect flex,handels everything

Experience: Ok so first off i have the 09 love but I am shure that they are the same except for graphics and the channel. but this board is so good when I straped into it for the first time my skills were instantley increased. the swing weight is uber and jumping is a dream. for the 09 it deffintaley rides as good as it looks I had a chance to take it throu some powder and I coulnt beleve how well it handeld it, I know it is a park board but it is truley an all mountain destroyer jibbing around and slowing things down is o so sweet and once I got it I bassicaley gain the ability of my amped 3 charter. at high speed it is verry stable and in the air it feels super light and really boost your confidence. overall I feel that this board would boost just about aneyons peformance in every turrain.

Experience: I road the love a demo. The board really performed and advanced in the park, it was incredible on the larger landing. The board was decent on rails. On the other hand, do not plane on pressing hard and manualing. In the end, this board is love.

Experience: Rode the 155 up in Tahoe for about a week, and loved it. Although it's a park board, I didn't have any problems with it outside the park, even in some deep powder. The flex does seem to be stiffer than most park/jib boards, which allowed me to handle high speeds and larger jumps but at the same time was still able to pull off smooth butters, and hit jibs and rails without any problems. The pop was there, but I felt like for the amount of stiffness this board had, it would have more pop. I was pretty impressed with its durability. This was my first time on a sintered base, and I could already tell after the first day that the base was much more durable than my other boards (edges too seemed pretty solid after hitting some jibs and rails). On the contrary, I was a bit disappointed with the topsheet, as it seemed to get chips and dings quite easily, but nothing epoxy can't fix. Overall, I thought this was a solid board without the bells and whistles. Definitely check it out if you want to step away from the reverse camber craze. My only gripe is that it's pretty expensive, even for Burton's prices. I could MAYBE justify paying last year's price (450 I believe), but at 500, I would hope to expect a tougher topsheet or maybe a carbon I beam to improve the pop.
