Experience: I'm a mom that has been skiing for ages and recently took a snowboarding camp with my kids to keep up with them...The learning curve was quick and by the end of the week we could go anywhere on the mountain. I wanted to get a snowboard that was easy to turn and reasonably priced so I got the troop as a 2nd. It was supposed to have a scratch somewhere but I couldn't find it. The sierra peeps said this board would def.fit the bill for me and I think it does. Since I was mounting the bindings myself I played it safe by getting the burton lexa bindings which my instructor said were good. It is a great, easy to ride board that will grow with me as I get better. I wish it had better graphics, and was a little more girlie, but not complaining.
