Likes: from an ergonomics standpoint, make sure that these paddings fit your foot, as everyones foot is different and you may have a high arch, a wider foot or whatever.

Dislikes: Buying a comfy boot may be one of the reasons why you wouldn't need to buy these in the first place. They are also pricey, but i would say on par with the other brands for padding.
