Name: 2013 Flow Flite 1 Snowboard Bindings Men's
Pros: Speed entry, Responsive,
Cons: Foot can still move, Time consuming to set up initially,
Flex: mid

Experience: I got this binding as I was curious about rear entry bindings and didn't want to go all out. I found it to be surprisingly responsive, however at times you feel that your foot can move as there is no toe strap (personal preference). It is was relatively easy to set up and after a bit of finding what was right it is considerably faster than conventional bindings. Reasonably priced and definitely suited for the beginner/intermediate rider.
