Name: 2013 Flow Flite 2W Snowboard Bindings Women's
Pros: Simple to use, good design, cuztomizable
Cons: Hard to cuztomize,
Flex: soft

Experience: I have the 2012 versions and Love them!!! After having troubles with clipping in with straps and trying to get off of the lift with traditional bindings she got the flow bindings and hasn't had any issues with that. It made getting off of the lift easy without worrying about slipping. To clip into the bindings is simple and can do it while going down the hill. With traditional strap bindings I had to sit down and struggle with the strap. I did have older used bindings were part of the cause but having the flow set up gets me to brag how easy this is. I love flow keep up the good work.
