Pros: easy to use, easy to ride, easy to love
Cons: some lost performance, set-up,

Experience: I got these for my wife as her second set of Flow bindings. The improved strap and stiffer chassis is a huge difference in this binding. Perfect for the all mountain riding she does, there was an instant improvement in her stability at speed and turning, both as I saw and she commented. While the Flite 2 was a great starter binding, it is outgrown quickly. Get the Minx for your lil' minx and she'll love you for it.

Experience: This is my first pair of bindings, however I have tried many different kinds through renting. These were a little hard getting used to, but after a few runs they are amazing! Since there is a reclining hi back there is no need for ratcheting the straps down every time off the lift. Once you set the straps to where you need them you rarely need to adjust them again! I have a size 9.5 boot and I got a size Medium binding. It is a little snug and there's slight overhang, I think this would be the biggest size to squeeze into a medium.

Experience: These are the first bindings I've ever used! They're definitely high quality and I really won't be needing an upgrade any time soon. It was great! After I actually figured out how to use them, they were easy to adjust, tighten, or release. They look really nice too! These bindings will match 2010 Flow Elation for Women which I also highly recommend that board!

Experience: bought these off sierra, and found that they're pretty decent. they look good, and if you take the time to get used to them (~1-2 days), you'll get quick snapping them in and be ready to go. they're also really comfortable, as the pressure points are more evenly distributed than typical bindings. however, i once had a pretty big fall with them on and one of them popped open, and my foot fell out of the binding.

Experience: These feel good, look nice, and are fast to get in and out but the FIRST time on the mountain my friend managed to crack the high back. This was on a heavy powder day and it cracked from use, not from any impact. Kind of disappointing. It's otherwise been fine and held up. Just a crappy thing to happen to new bindings.

Experience: Awesome bindings, quick and easy to get into and out of on the mountain, no need to sit. straight off the chair lift and straight down the mountain. Only issue is very tight when knew and take some time to get used to, not for beginners. But once you ride with them a few times you will love them!

Experience: Got these for my wife as she hates sitting on her backside everytime to strap in. They seem to be very good, but really hard to set up initially. Her boot keeps getting stuck and not sliding completely in. Just needs a little more fine tuning. She loves the idea of the flow binding so will persist. Hope it will deliver. I have a size mens 9.5 boot and didnt think it will fit the womens large binding. I was wrong and it fit just fine. This means I can borrow my wife's flexy board for bit a change.

Pros: Quick to get in and out, Stylish, Don't have to re-adjust straps
Cons: Inconvenient set up, Soft = Less responsive, Must be standing to slip your foot in

Experience: I bought these online from Sierra for $95. They're even prettier in person! Setting them up so you can slip your foot in and out quickly while also being tight enough was a major pain. It's great once it's set up, quick to get in and out, and it doesn't require readjusting after every run like my Burton Stilettos. It's less responsive than my Stiletto's which are cheap beginner bindings. Also, it's easier to be standing to get your foot in, but sometimes your board will start going before your foot you've locked the high back. For something just as quick and more responsive, I recommend Ride Contrabands with the v-strap toe.
