Pros: Good Response, Decent flex,
Flex: mid

Experience: I bought these as a cheap option for one of my quiver boards. I've demo'ed the 11's and have to say they've really upped their game for the 2012's. Its a functional binding and pretty well adjustable. For a lower end binding, the foam footbed is actually pretty good for dampening on landings. One of the better binders in their price range. I'd recommend this for a beginner binding or a quiver board binding.

Pros: Comfort & Ratched Buckle Quality,

Experience: Picked up a new board this season and I really wanted to find some Cartels. Being late in the season, everyone was sold out and my existing bindings were Burton EST I couldn't swap them over. That being said, I wanted something with decent performance that wouldn't break the bank. These fit the bill. Nice sized buckles so you can get in and out easily with gloves on, and comfortable. If Cartels come out in Yellow for 2013, I'll be tempted to get them... but if not, I think I'll be standing pat with these for a while. Good gear @ the price point!
