Pros: Quick Entry, Responsive,
Flex: mid

Experience: So I have a set of burton escapades and a set of Flow bindings, loved the responsiveness of the burton bindings, but it was a little slow keeping up with my boyfriend and his step ins. Got the flows and they are just not responsive, but so quick in and out. Saw these and though, is it possible can I have the best of both worlds, YES YOU CAN!

Name: K2 Cinch Tryst Snowboard Bindings Women's
Pros: Super fast strap in, Doubles as a ratchet binding unlike flow, Keep up with the skiers!!
Cons: Slightly heavy , Costly,
Flex: mid

Experience: These are great bindings good for most riding styles and are so quick and easy it's scary! You also don't need a special boot to fit them! The jaw like contruction makes them as snug as you want and adjusting a quite easy. Although they are a bit heavy they are still good for intermediate to expert riders.
