Name: 2012 K2 Rant Ski Helmet Men's
Pros: comfortable, inexpensive,
Cons: poor quality speakers, goggle strap do not clip,

Experience: a well priced helmet with speakers built in. My left side speaker volume was twice as loud as the right side. after about 10 runs. the speaker on the left started crackling. The goggle strap in the back does not clip down and leaves a big gap, so every time I fell my goggles will come off.

Name: 2012 K2 Rant Ski Helmet Men's
Pros: very comfortable, chin strap is comfortable, easily adjustable
Cons: careful with the 3.5mm cord,

Experience: This helmet came with speakers at the ear and a volume control wheel along the 3.5mm cord. The helmet is very comfortable and is heavy duty. The cord and speakers are not so heavy duty. I've taken many, many falls from jumps and after that, I had to wiggle and mess around with the cord to get the audio into both ears. Just this past season, I let my friend borrow my helmet so he could try out some tricks. I told him to tuck in the cord to his jacket and keep it loose just in case it gets yanked around. At some point, he took off the helmet and the rest of the cord under the volume control was missing. We assume that it got ripped out when he took a really nasty fall. Overall I could hear the music very clearly without having to turn the volume all the way up and I can hear everyone around me at the same time.
