Sierra Says: The Comp Pro is one of Lange's stiffer high performance boots with a flex of 120 and with a 97mm last it is definitely not for those wider feet. Ideally the Comp Pro was designed for those aggressive racers or ex-racers looking for a boot that will meet their high performance demands. With its custom fit liner, rigid boot board, and near vertical lower shell the Comp Pro excels on-trail and powers through turns with ease.

Lange Says: The Comp Pro is a slightly softer version of the Super Comp. The flex range of the Comp Pro is much shorter and quicker to engage which puts more energy in to the ski and allows the skier to pressure the front of the ski with more aggression. The design of the lower shell includes a near vertical medial wall which allows the foot to sit closer to the inside edge. Complete with a Custom Fit liner with a Neoprene toe box and removable rear spoiler the Comp Pro is designed for high performance skiing.

Pros: Tight...,
Cons: Not for wide feet,

Experience: So I have been in this boot probably 50 days and absolutely love the boot. I do have a narrow foot and this boot hurt for the first couple of times out. Once I got beyond that it was awesome. I used to wear some Rossignol Race and this is way beyond that boot in my opinion. I did buy the boot one size smaller AND put in a custom liner. If you are not putting in a custom liner then I would simply go with your normal sizing. I have been skiing most of my life. I am not a racer by any means, but I do love how responsive the boot it for all conditions. I went back to my Rossignol boots one time just to compare and I now only keep the Rossignol Race boots around for emergency purposes.
