Shark Designed for long days on the snow, the sleek, close-fitting Heracles Glove combines tough 4-way stretch nylon softshell with Thermic Microª insulation for extra warmth. Fully laminated with OutDry¨ Waterproof Technology for exceptional protection, we bond the waterproof, breathable OutDry¨ membrane to a tough 4-way stretch Nylon shell, sealing out water, wind, and cold.

Pros: high quality, warm, waterproof + breathable
Cons: dexterity, leather,

Experience: I got this glove directly from Mountain Hardwear. The smaller shortened cuff is what drew me to this glove. I did not have any of similar style until now. this glove is very warm, it is leather palmed, and very waterproof and breathable. I am a big fan of Mountain Hardwear's Out Dry tech they are using on their gloves. The drxterity of this glove is lower than that of other gloves that I own (also Mountain Hardwear; the jalopeno & Medusa). as I've said earlier, I like the glove but I am skeptical of the leather construction. The reason for this is I have in the past had gloves that were leather and gore tex lined freexe and become useless, hard, cold blocks. I have NOT had this happen with ANY of my MH gloves with leather construction, but that one experience that I had years ago put a sour taste in my mouth.
