"Oakley A-Frmaes" 12/3/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Won't fog, Comfortable during long days on the mountain.,
  • Cons:  I found some small imperfections in new lenses,

Experience:   Last year I got my first pair of Oakley's after hearing about how much my brother loved his Crowbars. I decided to pick up a set of used A-Frame's, I love them, they don't fog at all, they don't create a discomfort after long days or riding and they look great. One thing that I would be careful of is scratching the lenses. When I got a replacement lens there were already small but barely noticeable imperfections, on my original lenses there are some small scratches even though the goggles have been kept in the case all their life. Overall, I would say go for these goggles if you are looking for a middle priced goggle that is well worth the money. Between buying the goggles and the replacement lenses, these goggles were worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone from the casual rider to the die-hard snowboarder.

"Mostly good goggles" 3/7/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Don't Fog, Comfortable, look cool
  • Cons:  weak lens,

Experience:   These goggles started out great but then the more they were used I started noticing little stress cracks that seemed to get worse over time. My best guess is that the initial cracks happened during my move to a different apartment. Still though, I've always heard so many great things about Oakley and I expected more. I know they have replacement lenses but instead of throwing money at the same goggles I switched to some great Scott goggles and have now used them longer than the Oakley A-Frames and still love the Scott goggles.

"A Class" 2/20/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Good fit, Don't fog up, Easy fit for helmets
  • Cons:  Looks a bit small on larger head,

Experience:   I have used these goggles for 4 seasons now and continue to be happy with them. They are hard to scratch, hard to fog up, and keep a good fit all day long. The only reason I will change is because my head is rather large and I think a bigger frame will look better. That's it.

"Nice goggs but on the small side" 2/20/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Cool designs and color combos, Tons of lens options,
  • Cons:  On the small side,

Experience:   Overall these are great goggles. I really like the fact that you can buy different lens options almost everywhere you look...they are pricey though. Changing the lens is simple, but I always get fingerprints all over them afterwards. As far as fit goes, they're ok. Probably should have went with a crowbar, or splice. I always feel like the foam gaskets on the edge are touching the corners of my eyes. I'm always fidgeting with them. Other than that, they're great

"Good Goggles" 2/5/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (2) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Don't fog,

Experience:   The goggles themselves fit comfortably and don't fog up for the most part. Mine came with amber lenses which I soon grew to hate no matter what condition the mountain was in. I'm just picky. I switched them out for some ruby clear's and am now completely happy =]

"Great fit for smaller faces" 1/26/2013
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Comfort, Surge Ports, Medium/small size
  • Cons:  Changing lenses,

Experience:   Great fitting goggle for smaller faces, kids or women. The outriggers make them very comfortable to wear all day. The surge portw help to keep them fog free all day long! Did i mention these a-frames fit great with my giro helmet.

"Good but theres better out there" 12/23/2012
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Look Cool,
  • Cons:  Smaller FOV,

Experience:   I think the A frames are designed with people with smaller faces. I think the build quality is good but not as solid compared to some offerings from dragon and electric. That being said, these are obviously very popular and its pretty easy to try them on and see if you like them.

"Fire Iridium" 11/30/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley A Frame Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Great in multiple light conditions, Fits well on helmets or heads, Light and solid

Experience:   I have 2 A-Frames with Fire Iridium and Brown Iridium lenses. The brown will work on any day condition and during night shreds at Squaw. The Fire lenses are unbeatable on bluebird days. The vents and lens quality let these NEVER FOG UP. They fit my ProTec helmet like a glove. Easily adjustable and light on the face.
