Pros: strong metal strip,

Experience: these are very solid. i dont really use them when i shred because i feel like it kinda hinders me but i use them when i ride my freebord. this shat keeps my wrist from being all scraped up.

Pros: Good size, comfortable, durable,
Cons: plastic can slip off easily ,

Experience: Great size for a wrist guard. I used this wrist guard usually for east coast riding since there will be a lot of ice, good protential for pretty bad fall. This is a must for beginner to have as it will definitly make your day a whole lot better. The wrist guard is pretty comfortable, hardly noticed its there. I would say its better than my RED wrist guard due to the size. Overall, great buy, definitely something to have or keep in mind in icy condition.

Name: Pro-tec IPS Wrist Guard
Pros: Bought these on mountain to replace Dakine ones. These are so comfortably you barely notice them there. Very lightweight and dont restrict you as much as others do. Fits very well under even tight gloves.
Cons: The plastic inserts slip out about 3-4mm every few days so you have to push them back in or they are uncomfortable. The strap around the wrist needs more velcro - i have skinny wrists and found these slightly loose (but not uncomfortable.
