Name: 2012 Rome Mob Snowboard Bindings Men's
Pros: Super comfortable straps, adjustability, Best ratchets in the business

Experience: These are the the best bindings for starting out right now. Priced right and very versatile. With Rome, you're getting some of the most consistent and comfortable bindings in the business. Although they got rid of their metal baseplates (which did reduce weight), their bindings rarely ever break. I've yet to have an issue with these in any way. The straps are ridiculously comfortable and super easy to adjust (tooless is key on mountain). The only issue which is just a slight nuisance is where you adjust the heel cup is behind a rubber cover that can get in the way of your screwdriver. I picked large at size 10 boots which is just on the cusp. Either one could've worked...though I feel the toe cap is at the minimum at 10.

Pros: Durable, Comfy,
Flex: mid

Experience: I really like the look of these bindings, they are very durable and easy to get on and off. The adjustments are easy to make and won't move when riding. The toe strap can be over toe or over top of foot, whichever you prefer. These bindings are superb.
