Name: 2012 Salomon Powder Snake Snowboard Men's

Pros: Lightweight, Versitile,

Experience: I used this board at Mt. hood during spring conditions. I was surprised at how well this board performed on groomers. It is quite playful. The Powder Snake has a softer tapered nose and tail which helps give it the playful feeling on the mountain. In between the bindings itâ€™s a bit stiffer so you feel more stable on freeriding and holding an edge. The soft nose & tail will definitely allow for some fun in the POW. While I did not intend to use this board in any park... It's soft so it butters really easily.

Experience: I demoed this board not expecting much cause of it extremely low price point but it absolutely wowed me. I am comparing this board to the Yes PYL which is great and the Charlie Slasher, another great pow board, and the Powder snake beat them all for speed, manoeuvrability, float and price. I excelled in the 3 foot whistler pow and then some slushy groomers in the afternoon. i would recommend this board to any advanced rider looking for a board that can almost do everything. Note: i was hoping to go to the park but it was closed...
