Pros: Dual Boa, fast and adaptable fit, The same fit as Vans shoes, Mid flex means they are very versatile

Experience: These boots really are the do it all boots. Dual boa is incredibly fast and easy to get on and off and it gives you a huge amount of adjustment. These boots are right in the middle in terms of flex which makes them adaptable to just about anything. Need response? Just tighten the boas right up and use a stiffer binding. Want to hit the park? Loosen the upper zone for a more forgiving fit and away you go. Want to walk around in comfort? Just release the lower zone and go get a beer at the bar without your feet cramping. Even if you change your mind mid run you can adjust these bad boys on the fly. The liners in these are heat mouldable and very comfortable. The toes allow lots of wiggle room so you can keep the circulation going and they are pretty easy to get in and out of the shell to dry. They could be a little more waterproof but they still do a good job of keeping your feet warm as well. Unfortunately there are a few things that let them down a bit. While the fit is great and the liner is comfortable I found that J-Bars were needed to really lock in the heels and stop heel lift. They aren't included in the boots so you have to get your own but once they were added there was no heel lift at all. The soles of these boots are also a little bit bulky and I found myself having to squeeze into some bindings that I normally would expect to fit into easily. If you are right on the edge between two binding sizes then with these boots you probably fall on the larger size. There are flashier boots out there but if you care more about how well they do what they do rather than how they look doing it then there isn't much to be disappointed about here. Overall you can't go far wrong with these boots. They can do just about everything from powder to park and everything in between and they feel warm and comfortable doing it.
