10 days is definitely too long for processing. It may have something to do with the fact that the parent company owns multiple sites and those websites all share the same inventory, which can produce some internal logistical processing issues.  Or maybe the daily giveaway stock stayed in CA, who knows, but you do deserve an answer.  Congrats on winning the free board.

You can also go to chat and try to contact one of the staff members directly and see what they can do for you.
