I've been rockin my I/O for two seasons now, and they have been the best Goggles I've ever worn.  (no offense to my new Spy Platoons as shown over <-- there.)  I have had no problems at all with fogging, unless it was my own fault (like crashing and getting fluff all up in them).  Both lenses (my bright lens and dark day lens) work great!

This porex issue has come up a few times before, and I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

sometimes residual moisture will get in between the lenses, so putting them on the heater or the like for a bit to help warm them up and dry them out helps.....

Thanks for all the responses guys.

The day that my goggles really started foggy was a little warm, and I do think that doing some tree runs I was starting to sweat more than usual, so I'm sure that is a factor, but I'm sure there is better goggles out there than what I have for that anyway. As well, my goggles have a very dark lens and I can't find any new lenses for them, so I should be grabbing something new anyway.

Tomorrow I'm going to head to a snowboard gear shop and try some goggles on. So far I'm definitely going to ask to try the Oakley crowbars and Electric EG2, Dragon Rogue, and Smith I/O. I'll let you guys know what I go with!

Just try and remember this... if you feel any moisture at all on your face or around your face and it is making contact with the foam padding of your goggle, that will almost always lead to fogging... even to high priced high end goggles.  Thus why it is recommended you don't lift your goggle up to your forehead or hair often after runs because you would have most likely generated sweat.  The fastest way to defog a goggle is on a windy lift.  Dry your face and wear them properly and you should be fine.  Never wipe the inside with anything while wet or foggy, you'll end up tampering with the coatings.  

I love my Electric EG2 and my Oakley Crowbar... very stylish, great fog control, both fit over and under my Red Mutiny and Sandbox Brainbucket helmets, and a wide range of lens options.  But if you want fast and easy lens changes, then perhaps the Anon M1 is what you're looking for.  You don't even have to take them off to change lenses.

If the lens is good then it would dissipate the fog, because I tried fogging up my goggles on purpose and it went away as fast as I could fog it up.  I bought my big bro a pair of Hawkeyes too, he loves it.

Ive got oakley crowbar and its a very decent goggle. Doesnt fog easily unless youre doing something like hiking in warm weather..
Not sure if anyone wouldve heard of the brand ix-nine but theyve got real nice goggles as well, flexible frame so form fitting and i think its got the easiest lense change thing that ive seen

Most of the time, fogging problems for me are either from poor fitting goggles or entirely my fault. I have Oakley Crowbar and Dragon DX, never fogged (as long as the inside of the lens never got wiped). And both lenses are easy to change, but not as easy as the Smith I/O or other goggs with quick release systems. I like my Oakley better mostly due to the foam. The DX's foam feels too packed in now, feeling too much plastic. nope, didn't do any of that.  No face mask, just a beanie that wasn't even tucked under the face foam, no wearing them on my head or sealing them wet.  I followed all the right rules and still got fog. 

They fogged between the lenses...and it wasn't just regular fog, it was like big chunks of fog spots.  I thought I just got a defective lens...until the warrantied replacement lens fogged between the lenses...then a third replacement lens did the same thing.  I'm not the only one, either...even the rep at smith said it's a known problem. The OP can buy smith porex and hope he gets lucky...

I use Smith I/O. They're alright.
Designed deliberately for Smith helmet integration.
Easy lense interchange, wide selection of lenses.
Facial fit is for gaunt Caucasian male faces. Make note of that...

Some people have issues with the breathable porex lenses because they would accidentally puncture the porex membrane at the front. Most other fog complaints are from insufficient ventilation (no Smith helmet), or face masks that would channel your breath up into the goggle, at which point no goggle out there can resist condensation.

I dont know about switching lenses, but I got a pair of Dragon DXS Coal Ionized googles, and the fit pretty sweet with helmet and without. Never experienced any fogging with them :) They are like 100 bucks, maybe even lower! :)

I've got a pair of Von Zipper and Dragon goggles that I use. Both of those brands make pairs that will fit under a helmet and meet the requirements that you're looking for. Sounds good! I know I'll have to try on goggles before I buy them of course, since everyone's face is different. Look for a name brand (Electric, Anon, Oakley, Dragon, Von Zipper, etc...) that fit your face correctly & comfortably. All of the name brand goggles should have dual lens technology & vents around the edge of the frame, both of which helps to eliminate fogging. Stop by a shop and try them on with your helmet. Hey guys!

I'm sure this has been done to death before, but the couple posts I found never really seemed to reach a verdict!

I was out snowboarding this week in some pretty warm weather and some nice deep snow. Did a couple tree runs and my goggles started to fog up on me pretty bad. They are pretty cheap goggles and it's probably time I get some new ones anyway!

So I was wondering, whats a good pair of goggles that preferably:
- Has fairly easily changeable lenses
- Is comfortable to wear with a helmet
- Doesn't fog up
- Looks good! :D
