So I got a new Burton Custom board that has factory wax on it. I rode it for a couple of days and can't really tell any different in performance/speed, it's just fast. I know for a fact I can ride it a couple more times before the wax rubs off. I hear that factory wax is thinner (They do it for the board's protection and they do it very thin to save $$) and rubs off a faster/easier than from a regular tune-up job.

My question is, do you re-wax a brand new board right away? or do you wax the board after a day of riding? or do you ride it until it needs to be waxed?

EDIT: Never mind, the search box at the top of the website sucks so I manually look through the forum and found this: http://www.trusnow.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=39821&PID=854463, very good info here.
