IMO 180 for most boards (new) is a fair to great price. I don't know much about the darkstar but there seem to be many good reviews of it littered around the intertubes. Not a do all, amazing go everywhere do anything you want board, but seems to be a great beginner board at a fair price point. <br><br>As far as "upgrading" in the future, that one is up to you. You may reach a point where you want something different, a different feel, and so on. But for now just ride the piss out of it and don't worry about when you will need to get a new board next....<br><br>BTW, you really don't have to start a new thread every time you have a question about something...<br>]]>
