In the URL modify the Min=180 in increments of 15 to move 1 page forward or backwards (Min=165 to move back a page, or Min=195 to move forward a page).

Also, to quickly go to any page of posts that you want (without having to calculate in increments of 15), you can just click on the page, and then change the "true" that appears in the link to "false"
