I'm having a lot of trouble deciding between the two. I'm looking to step up my park skills thos year, yet still ride the trails. Powder isn't really a big deciding factor b/c i live on the east cost. I'm looking for 158. I'm 6"1', and about 200 pounds. Thanks in advance for the help!

some food for thought:
1. both are GREAT BOARDS 2. what is your foot size? they have different waist widths and depending on your foot size and angles, you may not qualify for one of the boards. 3. how much time are you planning to spend the park? on trails freeriding and dorking around? the reason i ask is that the Anthem is an all mountain quiver killer that can also handle the park and rails (such a good flex). the Agent is a park destroyer that also is a decent all mountain board. tough dilemma eh? anthem WW is 250 agent WW is 255 personally you can't go wrong with either. i would see which fits your boot size better. 10.5 or under - Anthem 10 or so and over - Agent if you are really serious about getting your park skills down, go with with the Agent or Artifact. |

ok i think im gonna go with a agent. i have a size 10 boot so ill have a little more leeway lengthwise on it. Also since its a little softer i might be able to get a little smaller size board than planned. Do you think id be ok on a 158 if im 200 pounds and about 6'2? The next size up is a 160 and im debating on which to get. For now ill probably doing a bit more freeriding but this year im gonna work on the park more and when i get that down ill spend more time in the park. Also, which would be better for the setup: 390s or Cartels? Thanks a bunch for the help!

check these 2 threads. should cover all of your questions about cartels vs 390s.
http://www.sierrasnowboard.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1796 http://www.sierrasnowboard.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1732&PN=4 yah i could go either way for you... 58 or 60. 58 will definitely be a great park board..... 60 would help you slightly when you are freeriding it. |
