I would love that so much. Everyone is putting their money on the Heat and if they lose it will be so funny.

The NBA would be thrilled with a Pacers / Spurs finals.  It would be a ratings monster.

LOL. While it doesn't appease my east-west coast preference, I'd watch it! Any opportunity to NOT watch the heat is fine with me ;)

I'll Have Another ran down Bodemeister again (I know TruSnow community is crushed, what with the horse that lost having been named after a skier).  But it's good for the Belmont race track.  The Belmont literally sells 20,000-30,000 more tickets when there is a chance for a Triple Crown.

there's nothing better than title soccer games (both at the club and international level)-they mean so much to the fans-that's what makes them really intense

Attending sporting events is a lot more exiciting than TV, if ONLY for being around the ravenous fans themselves! And anyone thats seen a soccer match, especially an international level game, knows soccer fans are some of the most crazy. My goals for the season are to go see a Mariners game (theyre not noisy, i just enjoy watching baseball), and later in the year attend a Seachickens game. Loudest stadium in the NFL? I think YES!

LOL This morning I saw that vid OchoCinco posted on twitter or whatever after his car was broken into at IHOP. They took his wallet (which was in the glovebox) which had his credit cards n ID in it... but he was most pissed that he lost his Starbucks Gold card.
The wallet was eventually recovered, with the IDs and credit cards intact, but the Gold Card was still missing. lol

Speaking of college baseball. Did any of you see (atleast the highlights) from the TCU/San Diego State game? TCU squandered a 10 point lead (allowing 11 runs on 8 hits) in the top of the 9th. Then came back to score 2 it in the bottom of the inning to win it. CRAZY!

Tough weekend for boxing... Johnny Tapia died and Paul Williams got paralyzed in a motorcycle crash.  Tapia had a rugged life but had a lot of heart in the ring.  Hope Williams can recover.

Forgot to mention that the Peterson/Khan rematch and the Berto/Ortiz rematch were both cancelled because Berto and Peterson tested positive for steroids.  And then no one broadcast the Froch/Bute fight... Boxing just can't get out of its own way.

ESPN highlights will work for other sports.

I can watch the replay of the fight elsewhere and not have to spend out the ass to see it. I'd rather watch the stanley cup finals or game 7 in Miami, in that order. I haven't been able to see any of the Stanley Cup games yet. for whatever reason they're not being broadcast in this area. Today's on NBC though, so yay

Hoping to catch the highlights on SC. But imo, ufc has been more exciting than boxing for a long time now. But anything can be rigged as long as there are judges who can determine the outcome.

Not the 1st time manny was robbed. I think it was his 1st fight with marquez where it ended in a draw cuz one of the judges didn't him credit for a knockdown.

I think everyone was shocked including Bradley because everyone knows PacMan won the fight on all aspects so the only ones laughing are the judges who are walking to the bank.

I read an interesting article on why there won't be a Pacman Mayweather fight and totally agree!

Actually I hear he wants to concentrate more on fixing his marriage with his wife who was planning on divorcing him, which was why he hasn't been training as much as he used to and was even late to a fight because he didn't want to go out to fight (for a different match) until his wife would come out of the dressing room and accompany him to the fight.  Mind you she is the reason why he turned over a new leaf and became a congressman and stuff.

I was impressed by bradley hanging in there with pacquiao and he is a good fighter. The fight itself was action packed. But it ws like watching a good movie, only the ending was like WTF!? I'll still watch boxing tho. Refs blow calls all the time in other sports. Unfortunately, it's part of the game.

The judges decision was complete utter bullshit,it was a fact Pacman landed more hits than Bradley and his score couldn't be more obvious to a win.The promoter behind this fight Bob Arum been suspected rigging the scoring to fill up that bank account for future rematches. He's been probe by the Feds in the past, talk about a shady win.

after adding up all the points on my own score card...bradley struck air and threw more punches a LOT more than pacquiao...based on this, yes...he would win

unfortunately, points are scored on successful punches...which makes this entire sport bullshit now

no wonder no one watches boxing anymore...
