The photo you stare at is a negative, they're only giving you the B&W because the original photo is so complex for this kind of illusion. 

The outcome is supposed to be the original color photo of the castle, but only for about a moment before it goes back to B&W. Also, not funny. Does that make any sense?

Also, cat tank.

When it starts counting down from 15 stare at the black dot at the center of the castle. Dont move your eyes.
 
You will then see the picture in color after the end of the countdown.
 
But the picture is really in black and white.

Yeah, they could have done a better job with the instructions. It took me a second to see the illusion.  Not funny, but I thought it was pretty cool. Thought it was worth sharing.
