People really troll reviews and get them removed, wtf? I have used these boots for a weekend & also I own the burton bag....why remove reviews?
I'm not going to waste my time doing any more.
About to spend over $600 on this site, wonder if you will remove the reviews then...

its not about trolling reviews to get them removed.... 
its about removing reviews that do not help buyers.
if a review has no real substance or meaningful comments on usage, its basically pointless for a potential buyer....

Can't step outta line on this site son.  People take it for serious. 
 
I didn't read your review, so I can't really say anything one way or another.  But I can say that if you half ass a review (or what someone else finds to be half ass), they'll flag you in a heartbeat.  I'm not saying it's a guaranty because I've seen some shit reviews not flagged.  And no one will first tell you, "hey dude, try harder"  they'll just flag yo ass. 
 
But simply, YES, people do troll the site.  As dtj said, for quality purposes.

Evo180sx: a lot of reviews I see that are flagged are the ones that say " I got there for my girlfriend, see like them " People don't like those reviews because you didn't use the product and you are reviewing it. And if your post doesn't help someone out or provide feedback to a product, it seems fake.

as for someone saying people shouldn't "troll" reviews and remove the bad ones, bad reviews really lower the overall usefulness of all reviews.  it hides the good ones, and makes new users looking at them kind of worthless.  i say it's great some people care enough to try to weed out the bad ones.
