the summer has been treating you well, actually have some hope for the East Coast this season. Anyway, a year ago I was introduced to
both the Warrior Shoes brand (via the 'Book of Warriors'
project) and Wokai (via my cousin who was interning for them).
Warrior's WB-1 started out as the Air Jordans of China in the 70s
before becoming the shoe of China's working class in the late 90s.
Wokai is a charity which provides microloans to the poor in China.
I'm a fan of both so I decided to merge the two into a little cause-marketing project, Warriors for Wokai. Order a pair of WB-1's for yourself and ALL of the profits will be donated to Wokai. Interested? Check the site (http://www.warriorshoes.org/) and spread the word, thanks!

and surf faster, though it hasn't gotten me around China's Great
Firewall.

shipping = more money donated to Wokai). I'm also in China until 8/2 so
if you can get your order in before then I can bring the shoe back with
