Amazing how much better I feel after I've eaten a good meal.
I feel like the grumpy guy on the Snickers commercials when I'm hungry. I've been eating 3 or 4 smaller meals everyday, instead of the huge 2 or 3 like I usually do. I feel better not eating so much at one time. And I have more energy as well. |

no, we actually have more work than we can handle...but that might be part of the problem..not enough staffing..ppl are overworked..so they go somewhere else for more pay and less work...

Any recommendations for insoles for dress shoes? |

What are the main differences of having a woman's board? Is it just board width or is there some other aspects? Other than the graphics of course

The flex of the board is one of the other aspects that are different with the board. no biggie in riding a women's board if you've got the size for it. You're getting marked spam prob cause the people marking it do not think your reviews are helpful to someone who might purchase that item. Or help them in deciding whether or not to buy it. So dry everywhere, holy crap! i'm itching.

that's really dumb and it sucks for bagelzzz because it isn't fair to him to lose privileges on this site without a valid reason or at least a PM explaining what he did wrong. I really think that there should be a new addition to the spam process. if someone is flagged and points are removed, the one marking it should send a PM detailing the offense.

Thats a pretty cool souvenir having your own design on a board. Maybe just hang it on a wall instead of riding it??

bagelzzz got spammed because he was thread crapping the dudes sale thread. He knows he was doing it. Bagelzzz, you've been here long enough. Stop it. As for why you were singled out, have a look at your first spammed post ffs. And as for your reviews, sorry dude, cant help you, don't know who spammed them. The best i can offer is that you petition a member of staff, mods really cant do anything about reversing flags.

PS. the site needs LESS moaning about points. :)
Heres the gist of it: No necroing No threadcrapping No trolling No spamming (conventional forum sense) No spamming TruSnow forum sense - posting for points - at the discretion of the mods - sorry dudes - we dont flag people for the shtook of it though). But stay generally on topic and do try and follow the conversation and youll not get flagged No posting haha in the funny pictures thread. Post a question in the ultimate question thread. Follow the general theme of the section youre posting in (no starting bullshit threads in any other section than the board room). Oh, and toooooo many music threads. I know i know, this ones tough for noobies who dont have much experience with the history of the site, but unfortanately theres a few types of threads that will get flagged. Preferably if a proper mod is on then theyll just get locked, but to stop the thread in its tracks if they aint, alas, we'll drop the flag. Sorry. Its unfair a bit, but its for the greater good, plus you have another 29 flags at the end of the day. Its not a big deal. Assume your first 5 flags are us being nazi jerk assholes anyway. :) As for reviews: Use the product PREFERABLY EXTENSIVELY before you make a review. If its a sentence, you better hope youre the reincarnation of Basho. My borther has this is not suitable. If your brother uses this he can tell me about it. Same with all the other members of your immediate family and social circle. Dont pad it out. Its not hard to spot when youre clutching at straws and trying to fluff up your word count. Stay on target! Almost there... Stay on target!... I cant shake 'em! Almost there... If youre not talking about the actual product youre reviewing, youre wasting everyones time. Think of it like swinging your weights in a session. You get your reps, but you achieve shtook all. Proper form. Thats about it right? Ah yes, most important fact. The review is to not just to summarise your thoughts on it in relation to you. "i like it!" but to explain it to someone who cant see, touch and demo it. What would they want to know about it that you can tell them having experienced it? Ah, im sure ive written this with more elegance elsewhere. But i think thats the gist of it right? Basically, standard forum mod rules, plus a couple of unique ones to a system that gives you free points for contributing to the forums (hence the flag). And as for reviews, use the damn thing where its supposed to be used, think about it, and then write a review talking all about your experience with it and how it performed. Its genuinely not that complicated. :)

Jeez that's a lot to take in this morning. I just wanted to catch up on some light reading before heading back out to run some errands. But hopefully this engages members to be part of the growing community rather than showing up and posting for points.

Getting super pumped for this weekend/next week. Leave Saturday to drive to Buffalo, then Sunday off to Killington for a week. Just in time for this new storm. Have a feeling the drive Sunday might be a bit rough, but riding Monday should be amazing. Anywhere from 10-24 inches predicted depending who you talk to. Time to crack some beers and get all the boards/skis waxed. I haven't been this stoked for a trip in a looong time

BMW, the storm will long be over on sunday. You should have clear roads by Sunday night for sure. Right now the models show the snow ending mid day on Saturday. As of 9am this morning local news has the totals at K around 18in.
Small chance I'll be riding the trees off snowdon all day Tuesday.... |

I hope so. I've been up that way after 5/6 inches the day before and around the NY/VT state line (and earlier on the 90) things were a bit dicey. I've also been that way after a foot and a half dump and things were perfect. I feel like NY is a total crap shoot on the 90 ![]() I hope you are there Tues ridin some trees. You still have my number? You know I still owe you that beer... |

Headed up with a beginner/novice skier from work. Not sure what or where he'll be able to go yet..... Either way i'm sure there will be stashes in the woods for us.
I just checked my phone, looks like I lost your number in a recent phone swap. I'll hit you with my number in PM, then you can just text me yours. At the very least, we need to settle this beer debt. |

Which reminds me of the warehouse next to my parent's shop. The dude renting the space skipped on paying his rent and totally left without a trace so now the warehouse is full of H.E.R. energy drink crates. The warehouse owner was spending his sweet time opening each can and dumping it all just to recycle.

^^^ haha that is why I hate working on other peoples' computers for sure.
On another note, I was running all over town to find a replacement tongue stiffener for my wife's boots. Half of the people didn't know what I was talking about and the rest had nothing for me. At Element they suggested calling rider services (duh) and the B was more than happy to send me a bunch of stiffeners just because I called. They've always been extremely helpful when I called, wish I had remembered to do that in the first place. -b

One of the MANY reasons why when I stay in hotels I put the remote control in a zip lock bag and spray everything down with Lysol, if I remember to bring it.

^ Great idea, chill (ziplock bag for the remote), I'll have to remember to do that, too.
I travel with Lysol antibacterial wipes and wipe down everything I can when staying at a hotel, you can never be too safe. Also, before I bring the luggage into the room (or you can put the luggage in the bathtub prior to the bed inspection) I pull back the sheets to inspect the mattress, looking for signs of bed bugs.
