that seems really weired.  they didn't have a system where all members had a chance of winning.  they just picked 4 numbers that had were on a dogs collar. and they didn't say why they picked it either.  I mean what if they decided to go with the first 3 instead; it would be 186.  and if I'm not mistaken 1866 is the first part of a phone number, so it would have to start with a 1, and then be followed by an area code or toll free prefix.  so really there were a lot of us that couldn't have won if we wanted to.  I'm not really gripping because I didn't win.  Because I've figured out, odds are I wont win.  But that doesn't seem fair to everyone.
