first and foremost the vapor is lighter and a bit more rigid than the T6 meaning its stiffer, and going to be slightly faster at high speeds

Huh? Total oppositte. The T6 is the stiffest board burton makes. The Vapor feels like a jib board in comparison. Its much more flexy and nowhere near as stable at high speeds as the T6. The T6 is a high speed, carving, pipe demon. Meant for really advanced free-riders. The Vapor is kind of an all-mountain play board. Tons of pop, more flex. meant for someone who wants to have a bit of free-style fun all over the mountain, though it sucks for free-riding and is defnately not as stable at high speeds. Though the Vapor is an insanely fast board, the T6 is just as fast, possibly faster, and more stable while doing it. Two totally different boards to ride though. Depends if you want a more freestyle feel or free-ride feel. I own the vapor, used to own a t6 and have ridden both of them a ton. |
