Points after Purchase

- Points for purchases has been working again since the 18th of March.
- Nighthawk will be adding them to the recent points list on your profile as it has been previously not shown.
- Points for purchases prior to the 18th that were not awarded will be retroactively added soon (we do not know an exact date on this yet).

The points were implemented and worked for quite some time, but stopped working when we relaunched the site on October 12, 2009.    Previous to that, the points worked from when we first implemented that aspect of points until that date, so there won't be any other points added prior to then.

My last three purchases from Sierra have not given me any points toward my Member Points. I thought you got 1 pt for every $10 spent. Is there a holding time until they give you your points?

not implemented yet. Its happening, itll also be retroactive, but since im almost at 200 what with the whole spam for points thing, 80 or so points now look kinda useless. :/

I sent this thread to Nighthawk to check out, but I was told over a week ago that it's already working.  It does not show on your member page at this point that you have received points for purchase, but they should be working.  Have you been paying that close attention to your points to know that you're for sure not getting them, or are you just not seeing it in the latest points box on your profile?

Either way, I'll try to have him make sure it's working properly again.

Make sure your logged in when you buy also.

Go to your account, its next to your avatar.

yeah there have been several times where i spent several hundred and never got points for it. is there anyway to still get those points

kidfloppy, i doubt you got any points for purchases. everybody hasnt gotten points yet and neither have i

I bought lots of items this season and because of the $10 to 1 point i am almost at 200 points, Its working check your member profile.

perfect, that'll be about 100 less points i need to get via the forums and logins :P

damn made my puchase on March 12...gotta wait and hopefully my points show

No points for store purchases. From what I am aware of, it is independent of your account online.

hmmm I'm almost at the 200 mark. My points for purchases before 3/18 haven't been added yet. Does that mean I can buy more stuff and still get the 10% for it later when it's working?

You never "redeem" them, there's just rewards for reaching certain levels.

After the crew hybrid, I told myself NO MAS until retro purchases or useless posting (like this one) got me to Ski Bum. Just buy the stuff you need,   things are going to be out of stock really fast, especially later tonight
