i think the point system is really good for the customers, and has to increase business

Yer got my points, was enough to put me into the next bracket, i got my free tshirt but shipping will cost me $20 bucks.. sigh :( will see how the clothing and accessories sales go and ill tack the t-shirt onto that order

Then some guy ordered like $5k in a day.

Same goes with the reviews, chat advice and the posts...I mean the ordering isn't so much abuse, but points accumulated too fast I think.

I love how everyone is sooooo worried about the retro points. Does it actually effect anyone significantly? I mean is there someone who spent $5000 in the last year and needs the 500 points to make the next level (I'm sure there is someone). Anyway, the time will come, and I believe (I may be wrong), that your coupon for the free item[shit,google,board] is only good for 30 days. Wouldnt you want to hit that level in October so they have a nice fresh stock of things to choose from?

Sierra won't be getting a restock for anymore Burton EST bindings, and since the agreement broke off. Sierra won't be carrying any Burton products for next season. On top of all that, you can't use 2011 EST bindings on 2010/2009 boards (2008 too if there was ICS at that time)

im actually looking for 2 more Medium EST bindings for 3 other ICS boards that i have.
