It's like a leveling system and not like rewarding points

The best way I've been able to search the forums here is to go to google.com and search what you're looking for and add TruSnow. I've been able to find wayyyyyyyy more threads that way than searching through the internal site search "powered by Google"
Try that the next time you need to search for a thread

Totally true EpicFAIL on most forums search is an easy thing to use on this one not so much. Im on quiet a few forums one being NASIOC. If you dont search there they will really let you have it but here its so hard to find what your looking for. I guess everybody just has too much fun flaming a noob.

I'm just wondering where these people are finding the threads. I have to google and know most of the title of the thread to find them.
I do agree that the question he was asking was answered several other times in other, more recent threads. However, is it better that he resurects an old, dead thread that may answer his question, or is it better that he starts a brand new thread, having all the old timers chastise him that he's not running a proper search and here are three different threads that answer his question (without actually answering his question)....
Okay, to the thread digger upper, the 10% goes to most items, but not the new 2012 stuff. The best way to check it out is log in, and start shopping. It'll be right on the page if you get the "Member Discounts" or not.

Does anyone knows which are products that you can apply the 10% discount within the 200 points earned ? or you can use it with any order you do from there?

Unfortunately, I assume they've got much more important things to deal with than your coupon problem. It's a $12 shirt, does it mean that much to you? |

so i also sent them an email a week ago, still no response.
normally they reply to my emails in 1 or 2 days. looks like they are not interested in helping me with the coupon... i feel like they aren't honoring their promises. maybe i should create a new thread about the situation, just so they will feel the pressure. |

The coupon is likely lost, but the points never go away since you're not redeeming them for coupons, the coupons are just received at certain amounts of points.

No you don't lose your points if you use the free tshirt coupon. If you play with your points too much you might go blind, that's what i've been told.

Same here, i've stopped getting login points since they switched to trusnow. this is really odd. Is there somewhere i can check to see if this is a known problem they're working on?

Hey. I've been at 198 points since the 22nd, although I've logged in every day since.... It really blows since I'm two points short of getting a shirt. Is this because the ownership change or something?

30 days as normal, but you should be able to PM little ole me to extend the expiration date. My fiance has a tshirt coupon that she can't use either b/c they don't have anything for her at the moment. |

Normally they will give away a certain Sierra board, and you'll be able to only change the size but not the board. If you're a girl you can get the v-spot instead of a guy's board though. |

I know when you get a free t-shirt cupon you only spent it on sierra t-shirt, but what about snowboards can you spend it on any snowboard or just on sierra snowboards?

There's a forum called Good Karma Club - Free Stuff where people will post T-shirt coupons or give away stuff for free that they no longer need/use. |

I've been wondering this too, thanks!
If I hit 200 points and won't be making any purchase anytime soon (shipping to Canada would be too much for a shirt and I am set for the next season), could the coupon code be given away?

the coupon is usually emailed to you and it has an expiry date.
However, due to out of stock SS t shirts, you can get the expiry date extended so you don't miss out. |

When I received my coupon it was from an automated system and not a staff member. Maybe the system isn't working properly. |

there are so many posts because there are confusions. seems like the reward system is not explained well enough. had this been address on a diff. page, there wouldn't be as many members asking.
350+ points now. no coupon... seems like the staffs arent interested in rplyin this.. |

At least the point system seems to bring in customers and promotes spending. But, it also brings eleventy billion posts about people asking how they can earn more points. There needs to be a separate forum for just questions about the point system since so many people are so concerned about it.
