I was just accused of spam. Is there an appeals process because this is shtooking bullshit. everything i write is sincere and honest. This system easily fails. wtf. (place profanity here)!!!!!!!!

Calm down.  Not the end of the world.  You'll have to be a prolific spammer to completely lose your privileges.

Please don't review gear you have no personal experience with.  That is the problem.  Now if you had bought the pants and worn them on the hill that would be one thing.  Trying them on in store isn't going to give you enough info about the pants to write a review that is acceptable at Sierra.  Just like if I was to write a review saying I held up X board in the store and it was light and the graphics are sick it would get flagged.  I am sorry you don't agree with the system but that is how the system works around here.
