10 days is definitely too long for processing. It may have something to do with the fact that the parent company owns multiple sites and those websites all share the same inventory, which can produce some internal logistical processing issues.  Or maybe the daily giveaway stock stayed in CA, who knows, but you do deserve an answer.  Congrats on winning the free board.

sorry man it is my fault. Your order came to my emailbox this morning for verification, i guess i typed your customer ID wrong when i sent them the list of winners. i verified it this morning, and i'll make sure its shipped tomorrow. again, completely my fault and i apologize
