   I just wanted to put in a plug to one of the few local ski shops in my area. I had two broken binding straps that they replaced for free in about 5-10 minutes even though I didn't buy from them. This was all while they were busy too. Great customer service, will definitely go back to them when I need maintenance. If you are in the North/South Carolina or Tennessee area I would recommend checking them out.
