So my friend and I have been trying to get down manual 360's so we can impliment them onto larger jumps and boxes here in the near future and one have any good advice on practice techniques? (Balance and spin)

USE your arms. and keep your head turning. if you stop turning your head you will stop spinning .. for 360s airs go watch youtube video.
