If you sign up for SW Rapid Rewards they send you links for discounted flights. I've flown for $59 + the taxes etc each way. I just booked SW from San Diego to Denver for $69 each way. AND bags fly free. AND 1 of them can be a board bag.
You can also find cheap flights on the puddle-jumper airlines. From my area to CO Springs on Alegiant is as cheap as $29+taxes etc each way. Which is scary cheap but since youre broke... |

I've never flown Virgin but Southwest does offers a lot of great deals and I heard they were giving away free flights too.

back in Dec there were some killer deals for Jan which i use to make a trip out to mammoth but ever since i haven't seen anything worth jumping on. Virgin airlines is awesome though!

i've never flown virgin either but a friend has. they were great and catered to the youth. she got free free headphones that she could keep and some other music related stuff. they were pretty good headphones too.
i dont think they'll be as cheap as SW though. good luck on finding a flight. |

I always get crap from virgin then try to book my flight and instead of the 130 they claim, on my dates its 540.

If that was directed to me Im just referring to the emails I get about this amazing deal. Then when I make it to the website for the dates I want to go they are not the same. They put the little tiny disclaimer there at the bottom saying that may not be available on the days you want to travel to cover themselves. |
