about $5.25 in San Diego. It's a $1.50 more if you want a side of beans and rice with that burrito. I usually get my gas at Alberto's Taco Shop. Sometimes Tacos El Gordo.

On the other hand, gas for my car is $3.85/gl (87) in SD. Oddly enough it was the same price in Bear the other day. Usually it's at least 0.25 more. Dont talk to me about diesel. Uggghhhhhh!

Last summer I paid almost $5/gl on the way to Havasu.

Every time I travel it is always .50-.75 less in other states.

My car only takes premium gas and it is currently at $3.74 in Maryland. I swear my next car is going to be an hybird or electric.

With oil at or close to $105/barrel, I wouldn't be surprised to see prices at the pump close to $5 by summer.

Maybe it's time to start drilling in other areas. Yes, yes, we need to find alternate sources, but bottom line is we're not ready for it yet, and our fragile economy can't take $5 a gallon

lol Redlego, there's around 3.8 litres in a gallon...so don't feel sorry for them; feel sorry for us! My dad always refills his tank in Buffalo when driving in from states.

Bmorse we can go half on a scooter! 100MPG.

As far as other countries go lets look at the big picture. The average US worker works more hours, makes less and gets less benefits then other developed countries.

And its only getting worse as far as the class warfare. So theres always a give and take.
