If it's a big online store then you can just bash them on social networks until they compensate you or give you a discount for your next purchase. Yeah, some people are just plain lazy. What is the said jacket?

How the hell is this a good idea? - it's false advertising, the buyer gets a disappointing surprise, he/she has to go through the whole return hassle and no longer trusts you, etc.

I'm tired of NBA players lying all the time to the press. Ex: Lebron saying they never talked about or thought about the 27 game winning streak. Or some players saying they never thought about making that extra rebound or shot to make a franchise/individual record, ppl always think about that
