those shitty hotel pillows that envelop your head and practically suffocate you.  I now have a crick in my neck from sleeping on that crap.  I can hardly move it without stabbing pain...and I have surf trip coming up tomorrow.  Gotta always carry my contour foam pillow with me from now on.

If you are tired of heel lift, I would advise you to not buy boots online but rather go to a shop and spend the time and money to get fitted....
