i got the free t-shirt thing but i still gotta pay shipping. If its a free giveaway, shouldnt it be free shipping too?

it's a free shirt bro, they're not going to pay to ship it to you. This has been discussed many, many times already on these forums. Just order something else and add it to your order, then it's just an added bonus. If not, no big deal, it's not like you lost anything. I never got my free shirt, didn't feel like paying the seven bucks or whatever for shipping and I didn't need anything at the time, so I never ordered it. Didn't lose any sleep over it. I mean, come on, it's a freaking SHIRT.

I got the shirt with the snowboarder on it. It is a nice shirt. I here you on the shipping cost, but the shirt is at least quality.

Worst case scenerio, you get a nice t-shirt for the cost of shipping...it's like $6. You have to remember, this is a business. The whole bonus of them giving you a free t-shirt is that most likely, since you have to pay shipping, you are going to order other stuff as well.
I won a snowboard and had to pay shipping, so I figured I may as well buy a couple things (that I could have gotten about the same price locally) since I was already going to have to pay shipping...

I found it annoyingt as well because it is not worth paying the money to get a free shirt shipped to australia. I just added my free shirt into my cart because i was buying a board and getting it shipped anyway.

that's the way to do it. I still haven't claimed my free Tee yet.. not sure if I still can either. not a huge concern though. would've been extra great if they did have the free shipping.. I think they used to have it, back whenever.

I didn't even bother to get my shirt. Who cares, its a piece of fabric. And if you win something like a board, I can't imagine you'll be complaining about the price of shipping.

does the free shirt coupon have no expiration now? I remember it was 30 days when you reach your points.
Just be glad you can order a free shirt with a purchase!

I believe they still have a 30 day expiration. When there were none in stock they said they would renew your code, however they have had shirts in stock for a while now, so I doubt they will renew them.

the shirt isnt even that great to worry about the free shipping or not. i got one and added it to my order so that i didnt have to pay for shipping and honestly, i rarely wear it.
i mean, it is a cool design and decent enough fabric/color but it feels like it is choking me. the neck is so tight, it feels like you put the shirt on backwards and it is riding up your neck. so i wouldnt cry too much about the shipping on the shirt.
like everybody else said, either add it to an order, pay the 6 bucks or dont get the shirt. the decision isnt that difficult.

send me the coupon! i'll take the free shirt and pay shipping. it would give me an excuse to buy some more gear anyways to get over $50 and get the free shipping.

Unfortunately you will have to pay shipping on all items that you receive as a freebie from TruSnow.
One thing to be aware of is that if you are in the continental US and getting the free shipping for spending over $50.00, adding a giveaway coupon to your order will cause shipping fees to show up on that order.
In some cases, for US Customers it is better to place the orders separately to avoid having to pay shipping on your other items.
