Help with ski sizing

   I am a female, 5'7 and I weigh 120 lbs. I'm a beginner skier, but want to get started on twin tips so I can do jibs and stuff, since I am switching over from boarding. What size skis would you recommend? Also, would it okay to teach skiing on twin tips (looking to get certified next winter)?
I also know nothing about boots or bindings, so any tips, recommendations or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!! :D
