Winter conditions, like snow and stuff? I don't think that is generally considered a bad thing for snowboarding. Heavenly is cool, especially the Nevada side. Pay no attention to people bitching about flat spots. But that Northstar parking.....

i think he's thinking whether driving in winter conditions is worth the drive to heavenly. maybe when he learns to talk correctly, he'll be able to get the right answers.
heavenly is in south lake tahoe, one of the biggest cities around lake tahoe. the roads going there are usually the best maintained. if you're staying at kirkwood, it wouldn't hurt to stop by heavenly on the way up to the north shore.

Heck yes it is worth it to get the Epic Pass for $419!!!! If you just go a total of 5 days at any of these three resorts the pass will pay for itself: Kirkwood, Heavenly, Northstar. Heavenly, if you've never been, would be worth a day spent there, especially (as mentioned above) the Nevada side. Depending on where you're staying in Truckee, Squaw is only about 15-20 minutes away. It's hella close, bro!

imma stop by squaw on the way to truckee. usually i stay near the bottom of n* but if i can fit myself inbetween sugarbowl and n* that would be ideal.
i'll see if my friend is willing to go to heavenly. him and his gf usually have epic passes i believe |

i would just stop by heavenly on the way up and drive to squaw from truckee when you're staying up there. it's actually a pretty short drive. you're already getting an epic local pass anyways, heavenly would be free.

almost everything in north lake is going to be between sugarbowl and northstar in one way or another. if you really want to cheap out (and given your desire to go everywhere, i don't think you do) stay at the tahoe inn in kings beach, you can get a room with two queen beds for $29 midweek.
