Irish got a bad whistle to start the game and never recovered. Even without the bad calls the Irish couldn't stop the Alabama running game.

Notre Dame could not tackle if their lives depended on it. Several times they got into the backfield and got a hand on the QB or RB but could not bring him down. What a lopsided game.
Alabama's 3rd BCS Championship in 4 years, simply amazing.

It was unbelievable how poorly Notre Dame was tackling!!! It wasn't once or twice, it was throughout the entire game. At the risk of stating the obvious, It will be fun to see if they can make it 4 Championships in 5 years! |

Well i surely didn't miss much last night! Didn't bother gettin updates after watchin til halftime. ND got outplayed on every level. That "interfering with catching the punt" call in the first quarter was BS, but not enough BS to have changed the end result. Still don't like the SEC, but the Tide earned that one. On the plus side.. only one more season of the BCS system, then on to a playoff race!! |

Amazing how College football can have so many quality games during the season and then the BCS championship really sucks. Seriously I can't remember a good BCS championship game, wtf......
