Haha yea I just checked the yahoo message boards.  Everyone's shtooked no one can get in.  Prob gonna be some articles about this tomorrow.  I'm also down for tues-thurs.

Sorry, didn't see this until the draft was done. DCC and I were both in, but everyone else was on autopick. Don't know what went wrong for everyone else.

Weird.  Apparently from the sound of it something crashed hard.  Lots of people on the message boards talking about how nobody could get into the drafts.  Wonder what you two had different.

yea, i didn't see ur post till after the draft was done.  when I first tried to enter, it gave me an error message so I did "test your system" thing and then i got in.

I was initially in around 7:40 then got dropped and couldn't get back in.  I did the test your system thing quite a few times with no luck.

How you guys feel about a redraft considering you just did yours?

Correction, 6 of us trying to get in... I tried a couple of times and could not access the draft so I said f*ck it.  I ran the Yahoo Draft Test a few days prior to the draft and my PC passed so I wasn't expecting any problems.

I can't say I am disgusted with my team although there's absolutely no way I would have drafted 2 K and 2 DEF.

I'm fine with that, the question is when would the redraft be, and do we trust yahoo sports again?
We can always set the draft order to what it was as well instead of random since we do know how it was assigned.  Just a thought.  That way the only real difference would be the actual picks, everything else is the same.

I'm teaching my almost 13 year old the ropes this year too.  He was super bummed when the draft crashed out.  I don't understand the problem anyways, I was actually in it at one point too.

tonight at 7pm, i can keep the league and just reset the draft.  i'm reassigning based on the order selected since it seems that most people would have been on.

yup, southern hemi winter.  going towards the tail end, they get late season storms with the same style snow as Tahoe.  they had a good dump last week, hoping next week is more of the same! leave Saturday the 1st and will get 6-7 day of riding in.  back on the 11th.

yes, we'll try again at the draft.  there were 6 of us trying to get in, 2 i knew were going auto, and only 2 others that got in. 

We'll try again tonight, I tested 3 of my computers this morning and all three said they were ready.  pissed that Yahoo doesn't even post something about the issue.

If you can get into a mock draft, you should be fine.  However it doesn't really matter when something crashes... cause I was in a mock about an hour before our draft time.

I was in at 7:30 then it crashed and I couldn't get back in on any of the 3 computers at my house.  It was obviously some sort of server issue.  I'm willing to bet we aren't the only league that had that problem.
 
I was looking over what the computer selected for me, not only did it give me a backup kicker, but that backup kicker is currently unemployedLOL

ESPN has one.
 
I will probably go into my predraft ranking and set the defense on a much lower priority.
 
So if it bombs again are we doing a different type of league or just wokring with what we get and wheeling and dealing the rest of the season?

7th was when it went all downhill for me too.  Drafting Wes Welker AND Brandon Lloyd was not ideal either.

i think you can do 2 at once.  I remember doing that for fantasy basketball once.  i just hope i don't confused on who i have in each draft and end up drafting too many of one position.
