   I am starting my MFA thesis of “Snowboard Injury Prevention”, with possibly a product design solution in the end. There is a brief survey of snowboarders, through which I am trying to get an insight of how injuries are related to protective gear.

	Took it. I could have used some shoulder protection, but alas too late now. Even football players who use shoulder pads still end up with the same injury I incurred when they flip and land on the shoulder, so that's where some technical advances are most needed.

	I think you should have a specific section on the survey called Tailbone.. lol. In my eyes most injuires I think can be prevented by being in shape and having a strong core. That being said falling 5 on to your back after hitting a jump, I dont care how in shape you are youre gonna feel it.

	^^ hahaha, how could I forget the granddaddy of all injuries, los tailbonas! I was also a bit confused on what constituted as an "injury." Maybe, a sliding scale of 1 (barely noticed it) to 10 (required hospitalization) would have helped.

	Done, one time I was going on a straight horizontal road, then I suddenly lost balance, did a 180 flip and landed on my neck. God, I wish I had a helmet back then...

	An easy and straight forward survey to take. Hope I didn't take it too late. On another note, I wish I had those wrist guards back in the days I learned how to carve. Especially the protective shorts that has padding for the butt bone thingy ma-jig.

	Weird poll to say the least. Tailbone injuries are the more common IMO and you forgot it.
